Our take
This MDJ-500 unit is essentially the same as the other listing, so my experience was similar. It's a capable little player for USB sticks, and the auto BPM works well enough for simple mixes. The built-in sound card is a plus, saving me from buying an external audio interface. But the plastic construction doesn't inspire confidence for heavy touring. Also, I wish it had more output options beyond USB. For under $230, it's a functional tool for a beginner or as a backup player, but don't expect premium feel.
